The Big 5 game in Kenya, South Africa

A few days ago, I looked for some photos on my laptop and all of a sudden I found some old photos, which were taken in Kenya.

Although I was a child when we went to explore a little part of South-Africa, I’ve kept amazing memories of this place and still remember the song as cleary as it would had happened just yesterday. Don’t laugh, it’s a cool song! 🙂

We had wonderful days there while we were soaking up the culture, experiencing the excellent local hospitality and exploring the beautiful nature and Africa’s wildlife in Masai Mara and Amboseli National Parks.

Today I’d like to share with you some photos that were taken there and may encourage you to explore this wonderful place. Although it’s not something you can do on budget, especially a safari tour, it is totally worth saving some money for.

Have you ever heard the Big Five?

The big five game animals are the lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo and the goal is to find and see all of them.

I haven’t seen them all yet, so I guess I have to go back to South Africa to find the missing animals and tick another item on my bucket list 😉

  1. Omg that lizard is no joke!! I thought the Caribbean lizards were huge. Lol I’m not sure I’m ready for this experience! Too bad you didn’t get to see the big five yet – but just another reason to go back 😉

I would like to hear from you
